My car would not start Saturday afternoon. I called My car would not start Saturday afternoon. I called Brandon from the hotel where my daughter had a dance competition starting in three hours. Brandon My car would not start Saturday afternoon. I called Brandon from the hotel where my daughter had a dance competition starting in three hours. Brandon suggested that I bring my vehicle into the dealership right away and he would take care of me. I drove an extra 20 miles past the closest dealership because of Brandon's confidence in being able to handle my repair. I ended up needing a new battery which was covered under my factory warranty. I made it back to my daughters dance competition with time to spare. I could not have asked for better service. More

Melissa was very courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in speaking with her and she truly made me feel comfortable and at ease while my car was being serviced. The waiting area is kept clean. There is a television to watch in the customer service waiting area. This is the second time that I have purchased 2 cars simultaneously from Nissan of Union City. I always ask for my internet sales associate Linda Chambers. The worst experience I have ever had, I worked with a sales person all day to purchase a car, at the end of the day there was a issue in finance. The sale person went off on the finance guy in front of m sales person all day to purchase a car, at the end of the day there was a issue in finance. The sale person went off on the finance guy in front of me. The sales person toke me to back to her desk and continue to talk about the finance guy. I was given the car to go home. The next day I decided the experince was so bad I was going to return the car. When I got to the dealership the keys to my trade could not be found. I returned home with the car I was told the sales person would call me the next morning. I never received the call.I decided to drive back to the dealership which was more than an hour from my home to return the car. before I went to the Nissan dealership I decided to stop at the Toyota dealership across the street. When I drove up I felt welcome and the sales person was so nice to me. The sales floor was professional. They worked a deal on the car for me which was much better than nissan had done. I went home with my new car and my financing was approved. At 10:00pm a man came to my door stating he was there to pick up the car my financing had been turned down. I asked him if he had my trade with him he said no. I asked him to show me the declaration stating I had been turned down he could not provide anything but threaten to call the police. He also stated he was sent to my home by the owner. As I began to ask more questions I found out the General Sales manager was angry with the Toyota dealer for selling me the car,and had sent the man to my home to upset me. I had been told I could buy any used car from either dealership. This was one of the worst forms of harrassment and disrespect for a customer I have ever seen. Then the sales manager got on the phone with me and told me I had stolen the car and I needed to bring it back. Horrible experience. The next day I found out my financing had not been turned down but in fact had been approved with 2 lenders they just wanted me to buy the car from them. I am a Realtor and would never send any of my customers to go to Nissan Of Union City. More
