2014 Nissan Sentra I went to Nissan of Elk Grove to check out a few cars I found online. WOW!!!!! Not sure on where to begin to write this as I have much to say but would like to keep it nice and short. We came here just to look around and ended up getting two brand new cars. ( Sentra and Altima). As soon as we entered we where greater very warmly by everyone on the sales team and offered refreshments. Steven Wilcox introduced himself and told us he would be more than happy to help us if we needed anything. Through out the whole time we did not feel like we being harassed by Mr. Wilcox and felt as if we were being treated like a good friend of his. He made sure we were aware of there deals and specials and listened to what we wanted and what we did not. And 4 hours later I had my car. After my deal was closed my partner decided to see how a Altima drives and ended up falling in love with it and once again with the help of Mr.Wilcox we had our sale done. We felt very comfortable the whole time and did not at all felt as if we were being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend him as well as everyone else at this dealership. More
