Both were very kind and worked with me on all my questions. The best car buying experience I have ever had. We were shopping a couple different brands, the follow up our salesman had with us and the genuine interest in our purchase and what my family and I needed m shopping a couple different brands, the follow up our salesman had with us and the genuine interest in our purchase and what my family and I needed made all the difference. This was the best leasing experience we have ever had. We were returning a leased vehicle and leasing a new one. We contacted Jeff Lockhart and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning. We turned in the old car, picked a new car, signed the papers and were out in less than 2 hours. There was no jerking us around and were able to get home and enjoy an afternoon in the pool. Wow, over a week for a loaner car......how crazy is that. And having to bring a vehicle in for the SAME PROBLEM over and over...... I will NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle from SUTHERLAND NISSAN AGAIN!! And having to bring a vehicle in for the SAME PROBLEM over and over...... I will NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle from SUTHERLAND NISSAN AGAIN!!!!!!!!! They get you in door sell you a POS car then you have to go back 3 times to try to get the problem fixed.....this is poor customer service... More

Sutherlin Nissan is the Best at what they do. Understanding that anyone at anytime can have a problem. Afterall, they don't build the cars, They sell them and service them. What they do better than anyone else is HANDLE those issues when they come up. They offer superior service and fair pricing. I don't know about you, but I am willing to pay a little bit more if I KNOW that if something happens, they will take care of it. Their product, Nissan, is superior. Their Service and Sales Personnel, are extrordinarily knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their General Manager, U.S. (no joke, that is his name.) is involved in doing the right thing. AND their owner, Mr. Sutherlin, is a all respects a true gentleman and cares about his clients. I do not work for Sutherlin, nor am I related. But quite frankly, the truth is the truth and they are the car dealer you want to buy from. More

I worked with new and used and it was the longest car buying experience I have ever had. They make you think your getting a good price when you really pay over kbb for a used car and have tiny print in t buying experience I have ever had. What a joke! took 7 hours from start to finish then they still didn't have the financing they told me they had carried on for 2 days. More
