Horrible Customer Service in the service department . I have a Nissan Versa that is less than 3 years old "Completley inside the BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY" and my steering wheel is completely disintegra . I have a Nissan Versa that is less than 3 years old "Completley inside the BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY" and my steering wheel is completely disintegrating leaving the material all over my hands everytime i touch it. Sutherlin said this is not a warranty issue even though I paid extra for a better warranty. So I called nissan Corporate to see what they could do they said they spoke with the dealership and they told them that that diagnosed my steering wheel and said it was doing this because I use hand lotion. They did not inform me of this when I was at the dealership. I DON'T USE ANY LOTION AT ALL. I have Since escalated this case to the next higher authority but the fact that the service department would lie to Nissan Corporate is ridiculous. I also had the front emblem fall of the car as I was driving and was told this is considered normal wear and tear. This is ridiculous. DO NOT USE SUTHERLIN NISSAN OR ANY OTHER NISSAN AS THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE CARS. More

My review is in regard to services. I brought my 2010 Nissan Versa Hatchback in for service yesterday due to (3) recalls on my car. All the work was under warranty. Nothing to be happy about Left my truck for service . Was diagnosed that I need two parts .One they had in stock another had to be ordered . Answer was "we don't know ". but if I let them work on my truck then they would get the required parts.??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this honest service??????????????
