They have been charging me for routine maintenance even though I purchased a maintenance service plan. I am looking to be reimbursed for over $400 in oil changes, windshield wipers and a four wheel alignment while still under my bumper-to-bumper warranty and extended maintenance service plan. More

Came in for oil change. Walked into the service writers area. One guy sitting at his screen. Completely ignored me . So I said 'Tony?' He said no, he's out there & pointed. Great staff but a lot of confusion about down payment and term. Never was told about the extended warranty until the bank statement came in with a higher payment amount. Now it's part of the finance so we're paying interest on it The car we discussed previously was not the car that was there but we took it anyway. Overall I would buy there again. Let's see how the service is now that I am married to you guys for oil changes and everything else. More

The financial manager Cameron was excellent customer service and very knowledgeable he explained all the detail of the purchase and gave me all the need information. The Sales people online Nancy was th service and very knowledgeable he explained all the detail of the purchase and gave me all the need information.
