The only reason I gave an extra star is due to the folks I dealt with when I picked up my car. Asia was especially helpful. Anthony in finance is also great. That being said when you spend over 30k you expect certain things, like that they put air in the tires so the low pressure light isn’t on when you drive away; the floor mats itemized in the sale price are actually in the vehicle… however, the most disturbing thing was finding three pills under my drivers seat the next morning. I googled them and they were muscle relaxers. Aside from the obvious indication that there was not any vacuuming done, this could have caused significant issues for me as I am a therapist in a substance abuse treatment facility and if I were to be pulled over with loose pills that were not prescribed to me it would have potentially caused me to lose my job and/ or incur significant legal fees trying to clear it up. Maybe I’m old school but I expect better service when making such a large purchase. Not sure I want to deal with dealerships at all anymore. Between the games played in sales and lack of care in delivery of purchase, I struggle to see may pros. More
