My Review of Nissan of Norwich :
I had been told no by other dealers within the past month and had some that said they would try to make something work and then not call back. Within an hour of showing up I had an approval on a new Xterra that fits my family perfectly for less than what I was expecting. I was extremely impressed by the staffs willingness to help and how they made the entire expierience comfortable. Also they are very military friendly. I have never had a car buying expierience this good and if you don't at least stop by when you are looking for a car then you are missing out.

My Review of Nissan of Norwich :
Recently, I purchased a used vehicle from Nissan of Norwich. The salesperson was Will Gibson. Will was extremely cordial and knowledgable during my entire visit. The general manager and finance group were also cordial and helpful in getting this car deal done for me. Unlike many other dealerships I felt absolutely no pressure or hassle during our discussions about the vehicle which, to me, made my choice to do business with Nissan of Norwich, an easy one to make.

This being said,, there's no question I would do business there again and refer and encourage my friends and family to enjoy the hassle-free car buying environment that I was able to experience. Nissan of Norwich is tops in my book!

My Review of Nissan of Norwich :
I have been dealing with Nissan of Norwich since 2006! I have been dealing with Mario Q. since then and he has been an unbelieveable help to me. I have traded in and financed two cars through him and now decided to trade in and lease. This time arouund they really did me good! I told them what I wanted to do and asked what they thought possible and I was in and out of the doors within two hours with a brand new car! They are just so friendly and always treat me with respect.

My Review of Nissan of Norwich :
We had a unique and unusual situation with our new Sentra. It involved a problem with the trunk. It was cockeyed. Andy set up an appointment for us. When we arrived on the day it was to be repaired, he took the time to look up a bulletin that he remembered seeing one time. He found and showed me the bulletin. He then arranged for the technician to fix the problem. We had a number of people look at the problem and we were not optimisic it could be repaired. Andy and Chris took care of the problem, and they were pleasant and enthusiastic. The fix required finding an obscure "clip" and some loctite glue. It seems to us that the clip should be glued at the factory, to prevent the clip from falling out later. At any rate, we are grateful to these men for their efforts and attitudes.

My Review of Nissan of Norwich :
My experience with Nissan of Norwich was great, and easy. My discussions began with Sam on the phone after seeing on their web site that they had the car with the color combo I wanted. Sam was very nice, and a true professional. even knowing I had been all over Massachusetts where I live, talking to dealers about this car. He was willing to match the price I had. Sam greeted us like we were long lost friends when we arrived at the dealership.

Tony Tariq was the sales consultant working with me. Tony was very pleasant, and made me feel very comfortable, and not pressured to make a purchase that evening. He answered all my questions, and assured me that the registration process would be easy, seeing I was a Massachusetts resident, buying in CT. Once I picked up the car, Tony followed up with me a couple times to make sure that everything was okay with the car. Something that I wouldn't expect to happen with other salesmen I had met during this process.

I am very happy I made the decision to drive to Norwich to purchase my car. It was a very pleasant and stressless experience. I would recommend the dealership, and Tony to anyone who is looking to buy a Nissan.

I think the sales could have been much faster than it was.I sat there for quite a while waiting to close the sale and waiting for the cost of which it was going to cost me.I think the price of the car should have been lower than it was for this is the reason that will make you come back or not.

My overall impression and memory of the experience was how nice everyone was. James Davis, our salesman, is a very nice young man. Also, they gave me the full benefit of all their current promotions. I also found the negotiation process very non-confrontational. I made my offer, we discussed the offer and came to an agreement....great!
Definitely recommend Nissan of Norwich.
