I had a very good experience going with my girlfriend to purchase a car. Alan our sales associate did a great job finding and showing us a car that worked for us. During the test drive Alan did a great job of showing us all the car had to offer including the fact the back seat folds down and that there is enough room to sleep in it, which was a big selling point for the car. He did an excellent job of finding a price that worked well for both parties involved. I highly recommended the dealership to anyone looking for a car, new or used. Sincerely -J Wade More
Alan was very knowledgeable with all of the cars i was looking at. Even though im younger he showed me how i would be able to afford the cars i really wanted and that i didnt have to settle for anything l looking at. He went through and explained everything about the vehicle even though he knew i couldnt afford one at the moment. He didnt judge a book by its cover and i respect that. I will recomend anyone who is looking for a new car without hesistation to Alan. More
I did the web pricing, but did not get a price until after I had already gone into the dealership and bought the car. When I checked the price quote online after I got home, it was $200.00 less because after I had already gone into the dealership and bought the car. When I checked the price quote online after I got home, it was $200.00 less because they added in an insurance program without disclosing it. The manager made it sound like they gave me the lowest price possible in my dealings at the actual dealership saying they couldn't go any lower on the price of the car not that the price of the car is this plus $200.00 for insurance. When I called the dealership about the lower online price, they told me that it was because of the insurance. When I said I didn't want the insurance they redid the paperwork and took the insurance off. To me this is a shady practice. I should have been given the option to add the insurance, not have to take it off. I feel that my salesman Alan had nothing to do with this. It was all the manager. Alan was very friendly and helpful throughout the purchase of the car. More

I came in looking to a buy a car after having no luck elsewhere and this is definitely the place to go. Alan was very helpful, friendly, and didn't rush me like previous dealers did. Amazing follow-thru by Alan. I never met or corresponded with him, but he responded to my email regarding my Leaf purchase within a few minutes and provided me information not available by my currently regi with him, but he responded to my email regarding my Leaf purchase within a few minutes and provided me information not available by my currently registered Leaf "dealer". I'm far away from him in Sherwood, or I'd consider changing my Leaf order to his dealership. My salesperson responded today with - no i can't give you a quote on your trade, you'll have to wait til your Leaf arrives. Not even a merry Christmas. Kiwi was the exact salesman I was hoping to encounter. I arrived and stated what car I was interested in and that was that. I had no problem taking a test drive and the whole experience was easy and relaxed. I felt no pressure to upgrade or look at a different model or spend more than I wanted to spend. Kiwi was a great pleasure to work with and was very honest and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my time in the Nissan dealership as everyone I encountered has a smile and a reason to interact with me, no shaking every hand in the building and hearing a million excuses about simple questions! This place was very comfortable and the staff very easy going. I would definitely urge anyone shopping for a Nissan to give this dealership a look. More

This was not the first time Mr.Gregg had assisted me in purchasing a vehicle, I had worked with him back in the 90's when I purchased my first new car in vancouver! I talked with Mr.Gregg on a Thursday evening and drove away in my beautiful car on Friday evening. The financing was handled by Billie Kidder who was a joy to work with. Between Mr.Gregg and Ms. Kidder I now have a new vehicle I have always wanted. They are both awesome employees, and I am proud to say that not only would I come back again, but I will certainly refer not only this dealership, but the best salesman ever, Peter to family and friends! The salesman, Steve (kiwi seems a bit demeaning), was very nice and helpful, and not pushy or overbearing. The only area he could improve on is having a mote detailed knowledge of the vehicles. The sales manager, Chris, was also very nice and helpful, however he did not present me will all available financing options (choice of lender, need for downpayment, etc). For example, he asked if I was certain that I wanted to use my credit union, Onpoint. I stated that it was my preference to use them, but if another lender had a better deal, I would go with that. I later found out from Onpoint that he never ran my loan application through their system.... This limited my options and I did not get the best possible terms and interest rate. Aside from those issues, the overall experience was positive. More
Our experience was one of the best we have had in buying a new vehicle. Peter did a great job informing us about the vehicle and its options and how they worked.
