For the past 30 months of my service history w/ the dealership,the quality of their work is tops in their field. Johns friendliness goes without question as he is always available either by phone (always returning all my calls) or in person. We originally stopped by after visiting a nearby dealership. When we arrived Mazie greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude. We found a vehicle that we liked but were not prepared at that moment to move forward (we were still in the process of selling our vehicle through a private transaction). One week later we were ready and remembered how sincerely helpful Mazie was at Thousand Oaks Nissan so we did not hesitate to make the more than 30 minute drive back even though there are at least five closer Nissan dealers that I can think of off hand.
