I was not happy during my last service. the service rep forgot to inform me about an extra service that was done to my vehicle, which would extended my waiting time to almost 4 hours. Had I the service rep forgot to inform me about an extra service that was done to my vehicle, which would extended my waiting time to almost 4 hours. Had I known this I would happen I would have asked for an Uber to take me home. Instead the service coordinator went to a lunch break and forgot that I was waiting there and forgot to update me. I had come for a simple tire rotation and cabin filter replacement. I was told it would be an hour and a half to two hours total. Instead, I was there for more than four hours and I was late picking up my daughter from school. By the time, I alerted them to the fact that they had forgotten to inform me or had forgotten to offer me a ride home it was too late. my daughter had to wait for me outside of school and I had to rush home in traffic. I’m very disappointed because I felt like my morning was wasted. They could’ve told me from the beginning that a warranty service was needed on my vehicle. I would’ve budgeted my time better. I wonder if I was a male wearing a suit if I would have been remembered as a client rather than a Mom in sweatpants. my mistake was that I did not have reassigned to me. I believe since my second service appointment in November at Nissan did not go well I had asked in my file that only Rick be assigned to work with me. I wish they had told me that Wednesday was his day off. I’ve had excellent experience with Rick at the Nissan Of Torrance. His customer service skills are excellent. More

I showed up with out having an appointment and was attended to right away and with the most respect and curtesy as if I had been there as a customer for many years. May 29, 2024 at night got message to pick up our car at Nissan of Torrance. if not we will get charge for rent a car and car storage. 1. Your shop has been damage our car. 2. We have our normal life to run can not pick up the car as your convenience you never contact us to update on our car repair what you been done we have to sent an email to ask an sudden just send message that we will charge us as your convenience ( this is not right) 3. don't forget that our emotion of our car have been damage and we been left on the early morning traffic on the 4 lane stree with out any help for 30 minutes with dangerous may cause the accident on that morning. All of these our emotionally has been totally not good and you shop asking us as your convenience with out call to let us know about how our car has been in progress ? More
