First buyer of 2017 Honda Civic Oscar was helpful since the first time I called the dealer to check for a new 2017 Honda Civic if they had it on Inventory (White & the interior black Oscar was helpful since the first time I called the dealer to check for a new 2017 Honda Civic if they had it on Inventory (White & the interior black) I went the next day to check the car & he helped me. He explained everything of the car & I even ended up test driving. I loved it, I knew I had ro get it. So then he helped me to check my credit & numbers for the monthly payments. No rush, he gave me time to think. However I didn't end up getting the car until the next day. It was a great experience & good customer service expecially for a first time buyer. More

Helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff! My salesman, Adrian Pielea was great to work with, it took a long time for us to decide on the right car and we actually shopped around for a while an My salesman, Adrian Pielea was great to work with, it took a long time for us to decide on the right car and we actually shopped around for a while and went back to this dealership at least 3 times over several weeks and Adrian was always helpful and patient and would answer every question and let us test drive every model that we wanted to shop for until we eventually made our decision. The Norm Reeves dealership is undergoing renovations right now, they're set up with a tent and temporary facilities which are not as comfortable or roomy as you would expect a finished building for a top tier dealerhip so that is the reason I only gave them 4 stars at this point, I hope to be back once the building is finished to buy a second car! More
