Rafael is the reason I will come back in the future I was in the market for a new car, and this was going to be my first purchase at a dealer. Ive been to an assortment of dealerships before, but I alwa I was in the market for a new car, and this was going to be my first purchase at a dealer. Ive been to an assortment of dealerships before, but I always ended up walking away, because I don't like feeling pressured or backed up in a corner that with leave me with the huge financial burden. Quite frankly I don't really care for the dealership experience in general. However this changed when I came into Norm Reeves Honda and was helped by Rafael. A couple things I had on my side going into the situation was I had my brother with me who had experience buying from dealerships, I had secured I loan from a credit union through his help also, I pretty much knew what I wanted, and it was also the morning of super bowl Sunday. Rafael approached us quickly and I told him I was interested in the 2017 Accord Sport. He showed me a few examples of the Sport with different packages and options. He was knowledgeable about the car and what its capabilities are, and that made me even more excited about it. The plan for the day was to go to 6 or 7 dealers of different Makes and just look at their model that I liked, have a seat in the driver and passenger seat and look in the trunk, and check out the features, but not test drive at that point. After taking the tour of dealers I would narrow down to 3 that I would test drive to finally the one I would choose. -I can tell this drove most the the salespeople crazy, but Rafael was the only one who didn't pressure me and seemed to really understand where I was coming from. He was confident that the Accord was going to win. And I was serious of my interests in it. The 2 most important things for me when I've looked at cars before is, 1. Is what they have or offer what I really want and 2. Do they make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Rafael showed me exactly what I wanted. He didn't take me across the lot to show me a civic or something not in my scope, because that would've turned me away. He showed me the Accord Sport in the color that I wanted, with the features that I wanted. My mind was made up, and I was buying it. We came to an agreement on price that we were happy with, and the rest of the night was smooth sailing. Rafael walked me through the process and he kept me informed throughout the entire experience and soon enough I was in my first new car driving home. If it were anyone else I don't know if I would've bought anything that day.
