The original inspector of the was missed a lot of things and didn't do a good jo when they tried to get into a vehicle that was 2x what I told them . The original inspector of the was missed a lot of things and didn't do a good job job at all, had to bring it back to get the issues fixed . Recently I went in for an oil change & was impressed from the beginning with Tyler in service. He was UPFRONT in telling me about my car & what was recommended. He also checked for any recalls. He was inform the beginning with Tyler in service. He was UPFRONT in telling me about my car & what was recommended. He also checked for any recalls. He was informative, friendly and working with him felt like my big brother was taking care of me. He walked me to the cafe and got me a coffee and made sure I was comfortable. I NEVER felt pressured to buy more in service for my vehicle. While waiting for my car to be finished I received a text from their VIP vehicle upgrade team asking if I was interested in exploring my options while I wait. I was waiting anyway so it gave me something to do. This entire team was wonderful. At one point, I was talking to the GSM & didn’t realize it because he wasn’t rude, arrogant and he treated everyone with respect and the vibe of that entire team was good as if they were family. No one acted like they were above anyone. I don’t remember everyone’s name but I think I worked with a Jason, Arthur & a gentleman whose name starts with an H. I literally felt like I was amongst family, as if I was just hanging out with my brothers while I was waiting for my car to be ready. They never pressured me and asked very insightful questions. They actively and supportively listened to me and asked me what would the deal need to look like for it to work for me. I was impressed because no one, no matter which department I worked with was pressuring me to do anything. And yet no matter what I chose to do, they were ALL still willing to spend time with me to provide me with knowledge to benefit me. No one acted like working with me would be a waste of time, if they spent all this time with me and if I didn’t upgrade my vehicle that it would have been a waste of time working with me. This is the only dealership I have ALWAYS gotten a sense of respect, appreciation, integrity and FAMILY vs. going somewhere else and being automatically on the defense because other dealerships just pressured me into things, didn’t care if they were ripping me off, didn’t listen to me and what I wanted, didn’t care about me, they just wanted to make a sale. Norm Reeves is impressive because there it’s more than just a wonderful experience, they actively live out there mission and keep you well informed the entire time you are there. I don’t know how they manage all the things at once but NOT ONCE did I ever hear an employee talking bad about another employee. They hire GOOD QUALITY PEOPLE. They also gave me a deal that was so great I couldn’t refuse and they were willing to continue to do whatever it was going to take to make me an offer I couldn’t refuse. The finance family was just as amazing. I worked with Steven & Connor I think it was. Connor was only in his 2nd week on the job and working with him made me feel like he had decades of expertise. He was wonderful & didn’t pressure me & thanks to him being so great, he helped me figure out that I could afford to get the warranty for the car I got and have small payments. Steven, I had seen the night before remembered me AND my name, like they do at Starbucks and he made sure to say hello while walking by when I was working with Connor. He could have kept walking by, but he chose to be intentional. Arthur helped with getting me in a new vehicle and was friendly & respected my stance on wanting to be heard as he too appreciated my values. At the end of the process he continued to check in to make sure everything was okay and I was happy. H did the same. The last time I was at this dealership there was a guy in finance named Eric and he moved so he wasn’t there anymore, but this is important to note because no matter if the same people work there or not I have had the BEST IN CLASS experience. This tells you everything you need to know because this means that the management knows how to treat people and run a dealership and because of that simple principle of being kind, respectful and honoring family values they are successful. Thank you More

I went in for a recall. Was told a tire needed to be replaced bc it was able to be punctured easily in its condition. But that the warranty only covers after that happens. I Was told a tire needed to be replaced bc it was able to be punctured easily in its condition. But that the warranty only covers after that happens. I was also advised that two other things might need looking into but the printed receipt does not mention any of that. I got the new tire and now the system keeps telling me the tires are off balance. Can't be true bc I bought two new tires and all 4 got balanced. I don't have 3 hours to come drop my car off for another update. More
The Norm Reeves Honda dealership in North Richland Hills has lost all of my trust and customers might want to think twice before visiting their service department. In addition, my experience with this Norm has lost all of my trust and customers might want to think twice before visiting their service department. In addition, my experience with this Norm Reeves Honda dealership and the fact that they represent the Honda logo makes me question if I will ever purchase another Honda. That's saying a lot, as I have owned 5 Honda vehicles since 1997. In this instance, my power steering failed on my 2013 Honda Accord EXL and almost caused an accident. I took my car to Norm Reeves to have it repaired and was told that there are known issues with the 2013 Accord models and electronic power steering. They assured me they would check with Honda to see if any of the work required is covered under the warranty extension. Upon further research, it turns out that there is a well known issue for the EPS, detailed here: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/inv/2014/INCLA-PE14033-1736.PDF Here's my issue with Norm Reeves Honda and my customer experience. After performing diagnostics on my vehicle, I was told that the EPS module would have to be replaced and total cost for the service would be ~$1,100. They assured me that my problem is not covered under the extended warranty for the known EPS issues. A week later, I receive a text from my service representative telling me that they are almost done with the work required, but they ran into minor programming issues which would be resolved the following day. On the following day, I am contacted by the service manager (Elizabeth) letting me know that they made a simple mistake during diagnosis and will need to perform additional repairs which will increase the cost to ~$4,500. When I asked her to explain the miss and the outrageous cost, she was very dismissive and repeatedly said that mistakes happen and it was a misdiagnosis. When I stated that I would like to speak with my service representative when he is available, she refused to let me connect with him (Tyler) and said that this conversation ends with her. Elizabeth was very dismissive when I asked how such a misdiagnosis could occur. Instead she tried to convince me that it was a simple honest mistake. She showed absolutely no interest in trying to make this right - something as simple as this would have gone a long way: 'hey we screwed up, how can we make this right?'. Instead the conversation was very much a one-way conversation where Elizabeth was going to dictate the pace of the conversation and determine who I would be able to speak with in the service department. So, in short: - Norm Reeves originally misdiagnosed my car and quoted me a price - Norm Reeves kept my car for a week, supposedly did a full installation of a brand new EPS controller that they were then unable to program - Norm Reeves then ran another diagnostic on the vehicle and told me that the new cost of repair is ~300% higher and they figured out that the EPS controller didn't need to be replaced after all. - Told me that the first diagnosis was a simple misdiagnosis, but their current diagnosis is accurate and correct, and I should be OK with spending 300% MORE to have the car repaired by their mechanics who failed to correctly perform the first diagnosis. Really? Buyer and customer beware! Be very aware. More
