We had one of the BEST experiences here at North Bay Ford. Service was AMAZING. The sales team was the EASIEST to deal with and the customer service was top notch. I've dealt with lots of dealerships ov Ford. Service was AMAZING. The sales team was the EASIEST to deal with and the customer service was top notch. I've dealt with lots of dealerships over the phone through text and calls but Morgan was kind, honest and super helpful. There was NEVER any pressure to purchase a vehicle, it was always straight forward and honest. The financial team worked hard to get us a great deal and when another deal came in that was better, they immediately let me know and celebrated our win each step of the way. If we have to get another vehicle in the future, we definitely will come back! Thank you North Bay Ford and especially Morgan for the BEST experience ever! More
