I bought a 582i BMW from North End Motors.It is a great car,the price was just right.The sales staff was very knowledgeable when I asked about the car.The Service Dept. is the best.It is the only place I l car,the price was just right.The sales staff was very knowledgeable when I asked about the car.The Service Dept. is the best.It is the only place I let touch my car,whether it be oil changes or anything else for that matter.A few months ago I ran over something on the highway and put a hole in my gas tank.I got my tank replaced at North End Motors.They did a great job and kept me in the loop the whole time.I would recommend North End Motors to everyone who wants good to find a good vehicle at the right price.It is the only place I would buy a car from. Have had my car serviced both in Brockton MA and at the newer facility in Canton MA. I have had a couple of major repairs to my vehicle over the last couple of years done there (not counting my regular mai newer facility in Canton MA. How about visiting a repair shop that actually listens to you when you describe your issues and more importantly calls to give you updates on the status? How about being given options as to how they can repair your vehicle - I was offered factor or after market parts and when I arrived to pick up my car they showed me the old pieces that had to be replaced. Listen there are risks to having / buying a used car as from time to time they need repairs but when you have a repair shop that you can trust the risk on purchasing a used vehicle is minimized. I think they go the extra mile to make sure they do excellent work with repairs because they also sell used cars and want to make sure you pass the word around to your family and friends (not to mention later on when you yourself need a new car). Hey I'm not saying they know me by name when I visit or anything but I always get excellent service and when I compare quotes to the dealers the savings are sizable. More

Was in the market for a used Mitusbishi Endeavor and located one at North End Motors. The vehicle was put into great shape by the dealership and the purchase was a smooth experience. Michael kept in touch with me from the signing of papers to pick-up day and I am happy to say that I know have a car I have faith in along with a new car dealership for future purchases. I would highly recommend North End Motors as they have quality cars in stock and specifically Mike Froio for your car buying needs. Only improvement I would add is the dealership having a full tank of gas for the new car owner. After putting down your hard earned money, pulling away with a full tank of gas would have been better than pulling into the nearest gas station! More
