We built our new Toyota and used car dealership with all the comfort and convenience you expect in your own home. With several lounge areas to relax in while you wait for your new or used car to have auto service or car repair done, whether it be in one of our leather couches, rocking chairs, or surrounded by one of our fireplaces; inside or out! Our childrens play area makes our store fun for the little ones while our internet cafe is popular with all ages. We offer complimentary drinks and snacks at our La Paletera cafe during your visit and additional entrees include breakfast tacos, enchiladas, sandwiches, fruit cups, paletas, ice cream, milk shakes and more! While picking up our vehicle, I noticed the tire pressures on all 4 tires were low in 3 and high in 1 tire. I asked him if the tech conducted an inspection during oil change. He stated yes and then pressures on all 4 tires were low in 3 and high in 1 tire. I asked him if the tech conducted an inspection during oil change. He stated yes and then told me to take our vehicle over to the 'red canopy' and have them take care of the tires. Not once, did he walk over to that area or even instruct us on who to ask for. His customer service was below what we are used to and expect from Northpark dealers. More

Love the initial service when you arrive. The payment counter staff seemed upset & irritated with each other this time around.
