Overall very good experience - 1st time I used this dealership. They even detected a problem created during my last visit to another VW dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The driver service into and out of Northampton was also very convenient. I was very please with how professional, kind and speedy the service department has been to me with my jetta. I know I have Alot wrong with it and Chandra ahas been very helpful and patient with me.
