Very rude and unprofessional. My wife was about to purchase a vehicle and when she went to get financed Marek was asking very personal questions flirting and once my wife told him My wife was about to purchase a vehicle and when she went to get financed Marek was asking very personal questions flirting and once my wife told him she was married he told her to get a car somewhere else and was very rude . I have never been so disrespected my whole life and will never come to this dealership again. Falcon was amazing and deserves a raise . I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism . This guy needs to be fired immediately. I will spend my Money at Honda now and never step in a Toyota dealership again ! More

This manager, Michael Cristian, made me feel so small. It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answere It took me 5 times over the course of 2 weeks, through call text and email to find someone to get him on the line for me. And when he finally answered he had no idea what I was inquiring about. (Or pretended not to) after about 5 minutes of him making feel dumb and ungrateful I was upset and he proceeded to gaslight me and I stated I didn’t like how he was speaking to me he then told me he didn’t like my foul language. I asked to speak to the regional manager and he said there was none and that he’s the highest I can talk to. This is all I reference to my mirai purchase on 11/18/23. This man does not care about his customers and doesn’t care about how he treats them or getting back to them when they have concerns. I was left to feel like my small 15k purchase wasn’t worth his time. Unforgettable experience. More
Will most likely screw you over. Doesn’t manage his team well. The staff is friendly but it’s a front. Had to pay a real mechanic to do work they claimed to do but did not.
