Northside Honda responded

Our Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on this DealerRater review, the customer did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with, and resolve any issues. However, this customer did not wish to help us resolve the issue. Here is our reply to this review: Mike and Jeff did listen to the customer's requests and did their best to accomodate them. It is NOT our practice to intimidate or pressure our customers, in fact Mike and Jeff went out of their way to assist this customer. The main issue was obtaining financing for the customer and Mike and Jeff continued to pursue a source of financing but were unsuccessful. As to the complaint about Mike, there were four witnesses we interviewed which all stated he did not raise his voice or call her names. He certainly did not touch her. Again, we strive to perform excellent customer relations and it is unfortunate that this customer has taken this position.
