My Review of Northwest Honda:
Sales person and finance manager were and they helped and explained everything during the sales process. Sales Person shown us all the possible options which fits in my criteria and compared multiple options and provided best service.

Just wanted to rate my latest experience with Scott in the electronics department. I had a hard time trying to get my Rosen entertainment satellite radio activated and Scott made a frustrating experience turn smooth. Scott was very polite, professional and understanding. Because you care Scott, I'm listening to my satellite radio.

James Fish was an outstanding person with which to deal. He was very professional and courteous to us and was most informative about each car that we drove. Our experience with him was the best that we have ever had while buying a car because he was so pleasant and friendly and he did not push us into any decision making. My Review of Northwest Honda:
My experience at Northwest Honda was excellent. The buying process was simple and well organized among employees. Every employee was friendly, even employees having no part in the process. Paper work ran smoothly and the presentation of the car upon take home was immaculate. Any complaint or problem I noticed with the car (ex: scratch on bumper, linking phone to car) was quickly addressed and corrected. I was in and out of the dealer (including test drive, paper work, etc.) in just about 2 hours! The only complaint I have is that I felt the price of the vehicle could have been lowered more than it was. The price online is true to what they will offer you in person. Overall, great experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Northwest Honda! Mark Honkofsky was terrific! He made our purchase easy and a very pleasant experience. Mark is professional, kind, respectful, and listened to what we wanted in a car. I can not remember all the names of the people who helped us, but every person we came in contact with was professional and respectfu. The young man who helped us with the payments and the man who "showed" us the details of the car were most helpful. Buying a car from Mark Honkofsky at Northwest Honda was easier than buying shoes! We are pleased with our new Honda Accord and we have told friends and neighbors about our experience with Mark and Northwest Honda.

Great price, professional staff, informative, low pressure and fast. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I was in and out in a little over 3 hours with a great car at a fantastic price. This was the first time I have ever purchased a car and not felt victimized in some way. This place is the best.
