I was not happy at all. I arrived for my appointment and was told to wait in the waiting room and they would let me know when my car was ready. After and hour or more I was I arrived for my appointment and was told to wait in the waiting room and they would let me know when my car was ready. After and hour or more I was told the car was ready. I was then told the car wasn't worked on as they didn't have the part. They knew what the care was coming in for and what part they needed. Why wasn't I told when I arrived they didn't have the part. More
