Have bought 4 new Honda’s here. Sales are fine, service not so good. They have a policy that the included oil changes are only done when maintenance minder is down to 15 percent whi Sales are fine, service not so good. As a retired master mechanic, i have rebuilt enough engines to know that if you plan to keep a vehicle, 7,500 is the top limit if you plan to keep the car. Their refusal to do the complimentary included changes at the interval that I am comfortable with as the customer, sadly will have me looking elsewhere as I will buy elsewhere. More

He took the time to listen to all our questions and answered every one with the knowledge and experience of a man that truly wants us to understand. He tells it straight, more like a friend verses trying to make a quick sale. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pushed. My wife started buying Honda CR-V's the first year they were made, and we've bought 7 new ones so far, all through O'Daniel Honda. We have never shopped at any other Honda dealerships because we've always felt like we've been treated honestly and fair. Keep up the good work and we'll be back!!! More
Received invoice stating a tire rotation was completed and Service Advisor told me it was done as well. After receiving my car back I told the Advisor I had marked my tires.
