We made an appointment online to test drive vans. We were promptly greeted upon entering the Used Car center. We met Jim Baldwin. He was polite and attentive to our needs. We brought our two small children with us for the test drives. Jim was knowledgeable about the various features on two similar T&Cs. After both my husband and I completing test drives, we settled on a 2015 T&C Touring. Casey in the finance department was wonderful. He explained our options for financing and helped us choose the best plan for us. I'm very happy with our experience at O'Daniel. More
