Great experience I was interested in a Chrysler Pacifica and we went to the ODaniel dealership due to its location. Rachelle came out as we were looking at the vans an I was interested in a Chrysler Pacifica and we went to the ODaniel dealership due to its location. Rachelle came out as we were looking at the vans and spent the next 5 hours helping us, both in the lot and on line. She listened to what I wanted and was very thorough in searching for the right vehicle. When I returned to pick up the van, she spent time explaining to me how everything worked. Amazing experience from the entire team. We knew we were arriving close to closing time with the intention of just test driving a couple vehicles to discuss and decide on later.
