I began shopping around for a new vehicle via the internet to save time. I narrowed my choice down to 5 makes, then finally two makes, with the Toyota Corrola being one of the two choices. Next I wanted to test drive the Corolla. I have owned two Corrola in the past, so I knew something about them. However, wanted to utility my time wisely, so I completed a prequalifying application on line. The was one of the best things I could have done. Cappel (Finance Manager) spoke once or twice over the phone afterwards and I was approved at a very acceptable rate. I scheduled my visit, and Cappel arranged for a Sales Representative to meet me when I arrived. Steve was polite, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. I even traded a car in and received a very fair value. Beginning the process online saved a lot of time, and I believe that it set a very comfortable and relaxed tone for all of us.
