I was very happy with the level of service I received from George Achter and Oak Lawn Toyota on my recent service visit. Although my vehicle's problem required two days of diagnostics to determine a coup from George Achter and Oak Lawn Toyota on my recent service visit. Although my vehicle's problem required two days of diagnostics to determine a couple of obscure and unusual wiring issues, George made sure I was kept informed of the progress. When he realized the problem would require a parts order and a few more days (because of the weekend) he arranged for a rental car that was paid for under the warranty. The car was finished on time and to my satisfaction. Great job! More

Came in with a repair problem the morning of the storm and was really on edge since I had run over something and was expecting the worst. From this dealership get everything in writing because verbal promises are not kept. If you have a problem, phone calls are not returned and e mails are not responded to.
