I love this place. After meeting Ted Beltz in 2002 I have purchased 6 different cars from him. Everything from a Chevy Malibu to a Lincoln LS and now 2 different Kia's. If they don't have the car you want he purchased 6 different cars from him. Everything from a Chevy Malibu to a Lincoln LS and now 2 different Kia's. If they don't have the car you want he will find it! The latest purchase was yesterday a 2012 Kia Optima which was hassel free like always. Ted gave me the great deal that I dont think any other dealer could touch. Josh Rojas showed us all the options which beat out the Hundai Sonata and was very knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. I would recommend both Ted Beltz and Josh Rojas for a pleasurable car buying experience. Customer for life Danny and Nannette Boudreaux More

We had to put have never passed inspection after arguing and finally speaking with Dale the owner that was resolved....but after the 2ND Oil change. We had to put $2600.00 dollars into the engine for leaking gaskets that were never disclosed....but they were never willing to do anything with that....and of course we sure went somewhere else to have the work done.......my advice STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted dealer about a new Kia through the internet. On 2/11/2012 I got an email back asking me which one I liked. I answered back the same day but never got another email from the dealer. Call internet. On 2/11/2012 I got an email back asking me which one I liked. I answered back the same day but never got another email from the dealer. Called and never could get anyone to call me back. When I called the 3rd time I told the woman that answered the phone about the indifference and she said she would have someone call me right away. Never did get that call.My husband stopped by the dealership and had the same bad experience. We purchased a new car from another dealer. More

NO! NO! NO! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPT. This is the type of place you see on news reports about bad repair shops. In the space of about 2 months I took my car & jeep to this repair shop. *Tire ro type of place you see on news reports about bad repair shops. In the space of about 2 months I took my car & jeep to this repair shop. *Tire rotations on both vehicles - they left the front tire on my car so loose that it began vibrating. I had to stop & tighten it on the side of the freeway, at night in a cold November rainstorm. That's not all, it ruined my brake caliper and I had to buy a new one. Best of all, when i took the car back to the shop to have them check it to make sure it was on correctly & the weight in place, the charged me for it!!! They did me only somewhat better on the Jeep. They shattered half of my lug nuts and put on cheap ugly ones to replace them. Didn't say a word about it or offer compensation. Other issues: *Took my car in for detailing, they lost a car mat. Did they say anything or pay for a replacement? Of course not! *Took my jeep in to have a tire replaced and the axle seals were mysteriously leaking when I picked it up. *They put transmission fluid in my power steering fluid - which ruined it. Think they took responsibility for that? Nope. Had to replace my power steering pump too. All this happened within the space of about 2 1/2 months. More
I purchased a 2007 Dodge Dakota form Jack Miller Kia. Oh was I in for a time. Previously had a 5.5% interest on my old car, which I just about owed nothing on. My car was worth about $6000.00 They gave me was I in for a time. Previously had a 5.5% interest on my old car, which I just about owed nothing on. My car was worth about $6000.00 They gave me $2500.00 They told me I had to add a warantee or the bank would not finance the loan on my 2007, come to find out the warantee was through them. Which made them an extra $2000 They stuck me with a 17% loan for 6 years... If I would not have traded my truck 16 Months later and got out of this loan, I would have wound up paying $35000 for a 17,000 truck To top it all off, The truck had faulty sturts on it when I purchased it, and when I took it back within 3 days, they would not fix them, which cost me another $800.00 Call me Stupid I guess... After deciding upon Jack Miller Kia for our 2nd Kia purchase within a year, I will have to say after this last experience, it will be our last. The overall sales process was pretty much uneventful, bu purchase within a year, I will have to say after this last experience, it will be our last. The overall sales process was pretty much uneventful, but what soon followed wasn't. We found out "after" the fact that we were not eligable for the 500.00 loyality rebate, even though we purchased a Kia 14 months ago. This was due in fact to the registration on the 1st vehicle being in my husbands name (I was out of town when he purchased, so his name was the only one on it). I then went to purchase my Kia, (my husband was out of town), so my name was the only one on the registration..Apparently Kia doesn't honor Loyality Rebates even if purchased in the same household by a married couple. That being said, I did provide them the documentation on the registration and 3 days later I get a call stating they want their 500.00 because we don't qualify. When I asked if we could have my husband's name added to the loan, they said "too late" I explained that they should have done their due diligence as well. 7 days later we get a "certified" letter threatening legal action. I made 2 calls to the General Manager, 3 calls to Ted (Sales Manager) and not even the common curtousey to call me back. I can tell you from experience that being in a service based industry, most people will tell you that "customer Service" is the most important factor and will bring them back again. Jack Miller needs to evaluate his Management staff because we will NEVER EVER buy another Kia or any other vehicle from them again. They were practically stalking us when we were still in the decision mode and after the purchase they played Ostrich when I needed to speak to management. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as well. STAY AWAY from JACK MILLER KIA...Shady! One the first Kia we purchased last year, they had issues as well. They contacted us for 6 months and threatened us with action because they said we had the title, which we didn't. When they found out the problem was on their end, not so much as an apology. More
I have been to Jack Miller a few times first to buy a pre-owned sportage, then later a Forte Koup. Salesman were of course nice but they have to be in order to make a sale. However, they were not pushy o pre-owned sportage, then later a Forte Koup. Salesman were of course nice but they have to be in order to make a sale. However, they were not pushy or sticklers. I did have a problem with the fiance department for the same reason another commentor did. Overall it was an ok expereince to work/deal with them. More
