Even though we told him we weren’t interested he just kept pushing and kept trying to sell us the same stuff. This went on for at least 20-30 mins until I asked for a break. He almost cost Dustin the sale! We finally were very blunt with him and he finally dropped it and proceeded with the process of us completely the sale. My only suggestion is that the finance people know there audience better and understand when “no” is going to mean “no” for a customer. I have been very pleased with my overall experience with Kia especially because I really only have to go to Dustin if I have any issues and he has been extremely diligent about following up and completing things in a timely manner. We had a couple hiccups at the beginning of the sale and Dustin and the Kia team were very active and timely in righting the wrong and making sure we were completely satisfied going forward. I would definitely recommend this Kia branch to buyer’s and we love our 2026 Kia hybrid Carnival. Which has, so far, lived up to the hype and high ratings that consumer reports published when comparing it to all other minivans.!! More

I was enjoying the experience up until i found out my personal information had been sold to Allstate. Got a phone call trying to sell me insurance less than 12 hours after the purchase. I live in Columbia Missouri, dealt with Dominick mostly on text messages and email which was a great preference of mine. We delivered or lease end at Oakes Kia, they didn't notify Kia Finance of it. So Kia charged me for another month in the lease, it took 2 months to get my money back. When we delivered the vehicle I asked Dom about the second Key, he said it'll be delivered with the plates. When we picked up the plates, they told us they had lost our second set of keys and they're still not letting us know what they will do about it. More
