As first time car buyers with a three-year-old in tow, my husband and I were not looking forward to the car buying experience. They listened to our needs and worked with us and FOR us to get us a great deal on the car of my dreams. There was no pushiness or slick, salesmen talk; both men were straightforward and genuine in their desire to find a deal that worked for us. And they were wonderfully sweet to my son--finding toys and distractions for him as well as speeding up the paperwork process as much as possible so that we didn't have to deal with a fussy toddler. We were in and out in just over an hour! I would (and plan to) recommend them to everyone I know! More

Jack MIller Kia was the only dealer here in the Kansas City area that actually responded to me in a *timely* fashion. I went in on a Friday to see the 2014 Kia Sorento. Sal was my salesman and was very City area that actually responded to me in a *timely* fashion. I went in on a Friday to see the 2014 Kia Sorento. Sal was my salesman and was very laid back and easy going. He was actually able to get me in a 2015 for the same cost as a 14'!! *WOW* Although the test drive was relatively short he allowed me to take the car home over the weekend to really experience it. This was the ONLY dealer that even offered this service to me. I drove up on Monday, signed some papers and was out in under 2 hours. This was a great experience! More
I bought a car from jack miller kia and they never included the sales tax. I am from Michigan and didn't realize this small fact until after I showed up at the license place to pay for my tags. I told louise that I was on a limited income when I purchased this car. Yes it fit my budget with the insurance but I wasn't expected to come up with 835.00 dollars at the license place for taxes and tags. I went back to the dealership several times begging for help with this and its the same sorry but we cant help you. Yesterday I get a ticket because my temp tag has long ago expired. I am still struggling to raise the money needed and now I am burdened with the ticket which is 70 dollars plus the fact that my newly purchased car can be towed away by the city if they so choose. I had talked to tom 2 months ago explaining my situation to him and just yesterday to Cameron. Its always the same story. Lesson learned. I will never buy another car from Jack miller kia or in the state of Missouri. More
Went to two other Kia dealerships and I was treated poorly. Finally went to Jack Miller and they treated me extremely well!! Got me right into what I wanted and the price was perfect! When I left the dealership initially I told them I would give a good rating BUT a month later I'm just now getting a 2nd key on a new car that required a 2nd trip to the dealership and multiple emails...I h give a good rating BUT a month later I'm just now getting a 2nd key on a new car that required a 2nd trip to the dealership and multiple emails...I had to stay in touch to make it happen. I scheduled my appointment to recode my new key a week in advance. They weren't prepared when I arrived...my salesman wasn't even at work. The gentleman that helped in his place and the people behind the desk could be heard discussing who was responsible for the cost of programming the 2nd key. I was also promised a full tank of gas for the inconvenience of having to drive to the dealership for this 2nd key and that didn't happen. I will not be a repeat customer to this dealership. More
