This dealership sold me a car with a branded title claiming it was for a knock sound that was fixed. Never informed me that I could not resell it. Ogden Lincoln has the best customer service in the business! During these difficult times it is extremely hard to locate new vehicles at all let alone a specific model in the color of our liking not t business! Because of this known issue we didn't get our hopes up when we went from dealership to dealership hearing the same story no matter what make dealership we were in. We stopped at a Lincoln store closer to home and they were only interested in selling their stock (which was nothing to write home about) and once again gave the same reasons.. We ultimately decided to go out to Ogden Lincoln as we had good luck with them a few years ago. As soon as we walked in the sales manager Matt Kramer spotted us! It felt like we were greeted by a family member who we hadn't seen in a while. He took us to his desk and asked what he could do for us? I told him exactly what we were looking for and then I started to cringe, Matt on the other hand said "let's see what we can do!" The next thing I knew he was spinning his screen around and showed us the exact Navigator we wanted, we couldn't believe it! That was something we didn't expect but better yet the price was more than right! All of the other makes of cars, and the 1st Lincoln dealership we went to all were gouging! We realize that the ability to get more than sticker is up to each dealer and we got to see just how bad some of them really are!
