After being greeted by an Orr employee as I was getting out of my car, I was directed inside to speak with the service writer. He was expecting me. I showed him the repair needed on the front passenger door. He felt the part might be in stock. I was given a courtesy ride to my office by Stormy, who made the trip a pleasant visit. Around 9:30 Orr called to say my vehicle was ready. I picked it up over my lunch hour. This was seamless, painless, and about as good as it gets. No reason to look around. Who could do be any better? After this dealership became ORR, I called Ike to ask for assistance in getting my oil changed, and he got that done promptly. Ike is a very valuable asset in my opinion at ORR. Unlike other car salesmen, he doesn't appear to put on a "fake demeanor " to just sell a vehicle. He really enjoyed helping me obtain the truck I wanted and was pleased I got it. Ike is my man anytime I come to ORR for whatever reason, and he gets me to where I need to go there at your dealership. I only deal IKE!! More
