Worst dealership EVER!!! THEY'LL CHEAT YOU orst car-buying experience that anyone I tell this cautionary tale to has ever heard. I go into the dealership, test drive two Jeep Wranglers with Ike orst car-buying experience that anyone I tell this cautionary tale to has ever heard. I go into the dealership, test drive two Jeep Wranglers with Ike, the salesman. After the test drive, we go to negotiate the price. I came in pre-approved by my local bank. They made me sit through their haggling for two hours until finally agreeing to the price I wanted originally. But it had to be through their financing. So fine. I agreed to bi-monthly payments separating the aggreed upon amount into two payments per month. When I left and the financing fell through, instead of calling me and letting me use my original bank, they shopped my loan around to five other lenders before settling on a horrible rate and did that deal. Meanwhile, I'm reviewing the paperwork, noticing that it's not what I agreed to, and got on the phone with Mike Maas, a finance manager. He assured me that if I went back to my bank and got financing through them, that I could come in with him and his GM and unwind the previous deal in regards to it not being what I agreed to. After 9 messages and 10 UN answered emails sent to him, I finally came in with a check from my bank and the financing GM said that there was nothing they could do. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!! There's a few other tid bits to the story too, such as them charging $800 for gap insurance to the price of the loan even though I specifically said I didn't need it. Now that's gotta get handled too. It's just been a huge mess with Lustine for the entire month of September. If I were you, I'd save myself the hassle and go to another dealership. More
