I was told what they needed to tell me to sell me the car I purchased a demo and was told service would be done and the damaged part would be replaced. Trash that was in the car while at the dealership was still in the car when I picked it up and the DVD doesn't work without the remote or headphones which we didn't get. But the level of personal service, friendliness and patience the staff provided me was far and beyond the others. I was a little indecisive (lease or buy or wait). Luckily I had salesman Tyler Bratcher and management (Ben and Billy) ease the anxiety I was feeling about buying. This is my first KIa. But if I love it like I'm sure I will, I'm definitely going back to Ourisman for my next one. More
