A good car buying experience Although I needed a new car, I wasn't 100% sold on the Kia Niro when I arrived at the dealership, but I had a good feeling about it because Crystal Mu Although I needed a new car, I wasn't 100% sold on the Kia Niro when I arrived at the dealership, but I had a good feeling about it because Crystal Mullins, their Internet Sales Manager had returned my call and gave me a fair price on a Touring Model they had in stock although it would not have the tech package I wanted. While my salesman and I took a short test drive and discussed the features that the Niro did have to offer, Crystal researched 2018 models, ordering from the factory and other dealer inventories that I had asked about. When it became apparent that I was purchasing right before the 2018 model year and would be facing constrained availability, Chris Bell, the General Sales Manager, offered me a really good deal on a Kia Niro Touring Trim he happened to have on the showroom floor. I'm glad I did get the Kia Niro as I like the car, and Chris and his staff made the process nearly painless. Although I had a general idea of what I was looking for, I wasn't 100% certain and by not putting the pressure on, but providing me with answers to my questions, I didn't feel like I was being pushed into an unsatisfactory purchase. More

Outstanding I don't usually write reviews about my experiences with automobile dealerships or their sales associates. The reason is that they have been pushy and I don't usually write reviews about my experiences with automobile dealerships or their sales associates. The reason is that they have been pushy and in my opinion unprofessional in trying to push their product at any cost. However, my experience with Ourisman Chantilly Kia was different. First of all I appreciate the professionalism of sales person Farooq Mohammad who was outstanding and above reproach! He was genuine and was concerned about my needs and tried to match my needs with what they had to offer without being over bearing. Secondly, there was a minor issue with the front seat and the used car sales manager Andy Walker step in and corrected the problem immediately.. Because of their professionalism and help, I did not go back the the fist dealer that I had just left. I would recommend Ourisman Chantilly Kia to anyone that I know looking for a car!!! The Car that I bought from them was a 2012 Buick Lacrosse. More

The best KIA dealership I ever been!!!! Me and my husband went last Sunday to Kia dealership to look at the KIA Niro. We didn't expect to buy this car on that day. When we arrived in front of the dealership, David was outside and he came out and greet us very politely. David helped us and gave all the details about this car. He offered us a test drive, it was wonderful. We asked a lot of questions and of course David took time to answer them all. He offered us a test drive, it was wonderful. After the test drive we decided to go ahead and buy the car. We got the KIA NIRO TOURING HYBRID. It's an absolutely wonderful car with a lot of helpful features. I would like to metion the financing rep, Derek Boateng, very intelligent and patient person. He made the process very easy and short. Also, I would like to mention , Josh, he explained all the features how the car works. Also, I would like to mention Derrick which welcomed us with a friendly smile and respectful attitude. Believe me , I've been to many dealerships, this one is the best from the best. Actually, we got this car for my husband and he is absolutely happy evreyday driving it.
