Now they asked me to bring my vehicle to program new key. Such a lame. If you really want to buy a car here, DONT SPEAK WITH "TAJ". That is my recommendation. More

The trade in offer for my car was so fair that I didn't bother getting an appraisal at CarMax. I did one stop shopping at Ourisman. I did not feel pressured at all at any point in the sales process. Quinton was a pleasure to work with. I also really appreciate the customer focused care that Ben gave me. Please don't bother with Dulles Kia....unless you like being treated like a stale piece of toast!
