I was right! When my husband I walked in the door, Ryan (our original Sales Consultant - now in Finance) immediately remembered us from YEARS ago! Our new Sales Consultant Ben was amazing, and he took care of us! It was another great experience - especially since we got to work with both Ben and Ryan. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and yet again - impressed with the service I received. Thank you Ben and Ryan! We had the pleasure of interacting with both salespeople over the 3 days we spent there, and they both went over all of the features head-to-toe and top-to-bottom - their product knowledge was incredible. I would highly recommend anyone visit them if they are in the market for a new Kia (or Toyota, as Ashley is now working at Ourisman Toyota within walking distance from there and can sell both). However, our experience at Ourisman Kia was so perfect that I thought I'd write about as a way of thanking them for a great deal and really nice car buying experience. Central to the deal was Jordan Owens, our salesman, an honest young man who took every opportunity to go out of his way to help us. Jordan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Kia’s and he took time to share his wealth of knowledge about the Sportage and Sorento. He never pressured or rushed us and we felt very comfortable buying a car from him. He gave us a great deal and patiently answered the many questions we had. Everyone at Ourisman's was great. Jordan’s best friend since childhood, Ryan, prepared all of the legal and registration documents and was also the perfect young gentleman to work with.
