45k Service I showed up for a 5:15 appt at 5:00 and thought I might be there for a little while because I arrived late in the day as the service staff was having I showed up for a 5:15 appt at 5:00 and thought I might be there for a little while because I arrived late in the day as the service staff was having a shift change. The day crew were leaving and that left a skeleton crew for the last few hours of the day. I really dont mind because I know that if I wanted it done faster, then I could have arrainged to bring it earlier in the day when there is a full staff. It gave me a chance to chit chat with a few people that I have come to know over the years. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I was informed a few times as to how my vehicle was coming along and was made fully aware of how much everything would cost. And when it was finished, there were no surprises. In fact, it was a few dollars less than what I was originally told. My only complaint would be to install a vending machine so that anyone there after 6:00 (when the parts department closes) could get a drink or a snack. Otherwise, I had another great experience.
