I bought 2018 Genesis G90 online, was told car was well maintained. First ride down interstate I couldn't hold steering wheel at 53mph, had to get off interstate. Upon inspection all tire had rubber chunks missing, spent $780.00 to replace tire, this on a Ford Certified Used Car. After many e-mail and no answers finally got a-hold of used car manager who told me car passed inspection and he couldn't help me. Car has 3 month warranty that only covers drive train nothing that rotates. Imagine they pass a car inspection that is safe. For your knowledge they DO NOT test drive cars on roads ONLY in their parking lot and must have technicians that can't do their job very well STAY AWAY BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS More

Gave exactly what I was expecting on my trade in. At the end when all the numbers were crunched I told them I needed to sleep on it. They offered for me to take the Maverick home. I declined....If I woke up in the morning and missed the car sitting in my driveway I knew I was making a good deal. There was no extra pressure from the dealership and they respected my decision. We purchased a van from them and we had a problem with door not locking. It was determined that issue was covered by warrantee but parts were not available from factory. Repeated calls to dealer on when van would have hang up occur, Finally went back to dealer and was told issue with hang ups was KNOWN issue with phone system. They had no idea when parts would available and evidently temporary vehicle was not available under warentee. Would never do business with dealership again. More
