Received fantastic service even though I did not purchase the Lexus from them. My car is 15 years old with low mileage. They thoroughly checked it out and fixed some minor things. They’re usually pretty quick with the service, but this time it took 4 hours and 20 mins. Thank god they let me use another vehicle to make it to another appointment, but I still had to come back to pick u time it took 4 hours and 20 mins. Thank god they let me use another vehicle to make it to another appointment, but I still had to come back to pick up my car and it wasn’t even ready. My appt was at 8:20am and I left at 12:45pm. They said they were working on a recall, but it was too long. The representative was kind, but again the service took an incredible amount of time. More
