I love my dealership! !! They treat my Lexus NX300 (aka Black Thunder) with the tender care of a new born baby. Since the date if purchase in 2024 to today, our service rep !! They treat my Lexus NX300 (aka Black Thunder) with the tender care of a new born baby. Since the date if purchase in 2024 to today, our service rep Kat Hoang is a jewel! She let's me know what's happening each step of our service appointments. The Rockville location is awesome, the lounge is clean, comfortable and the refreshments aren't bad either. Who couldn't use a bagel and beverage of choice. They have an adequate selections of teas (could I suggest adding a Chai tea to the mix). Thank you Kat, and the service technicians who ensure that Black Thunder is well taken care of, not to mention making me an even happier owner since becoming an Lexus owner!!! More
