Couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying my first car! Everyone I worked with was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I was lucky enough to get Jesse as my salesman - If I could use one word "Wonderful" Just a delight to work with. Great smile and made me feel very relaxed. Joe all business my guess you all call him "The Man". Scott very nice - easy going enjoyed talking with him also made me feel very comfortable. I might add nice to look at. Thanks to all of them for all they did.

This is the second Jeep Wrangler I have purchased from Overland Park Jeep, and from Terry Mykins, specifically. Even though my previous purchase was nearly 10 years ago, Terry has stayed in touch over the years through cards, etc. Decided to return to buy another Wrangler based on Terry's level of professionalism during my first purchase experience, and this dealership is the only one I visited for this purchase. The process was smooth, comfortable and satisfying.

Overall the experience was great. They allowed me to test drive any vehicle that caught my curiosity, twice. My only "complaints" were the delivery of the car from their other lot took forever (we were on empty stomachs so that might not have helped...). And on the cars initial arrival there was damage to the front bumper. From there on out customer satisfaction was their number one priority! The car was fixed perfectly!

They were very courteous and up front when I went by the first time shopping to buy a new or used vehicle. Terry showed me what vehicles he had on the lot and worked with me on what I could afford. He was very helpful everytime I contacted him. We came to an aggreement on the vehicle and the price, and they made it as easy and painless as possible. Very enjoyable experience for my first new car buying experience, also the business manager Dan was very helpful to get me the best available APR that he could and in getting the best possible warranty. Thank you for the great experience.

I have dealt with Steve Schulte a few times, and I will alway ask for him when going to this dealership. Steve is always very professional and courteous. Joe Pippins and Scott Henry were also very polite and easy to deal with. This was my son's first new car and these gentlemen made his experience a positive one. Any time I am looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep, this will be my first choice dealership to go to in the Kansas City area. Every experience I have had here has been a very positive and pleasant one. I would recommend family and friends to look at this dealership first when buying. A special thank you to these three gentlemen for making my son's first new car buying experience one he will reflect upon as a positive one.
