Our Jeep suddenly had problems on a Sunday morning. My husband and I both went online to find a new one. In the meantime, I scheduled an appointment with the service department. My son had recommended Reed as he attends church with an employee and he had purchased his last Jeep from Reed. Chris got back to us quickly. The vehicle we looked at ended up having some details that quickly moved us to a different inventory vehicle. Long story short--Great experience and quality organization. No pressure, but highly responsive. We purchased on Tuesday, cancelling our service appointment and not bothering to repair our previous vehicle. More
