“Philly Special” Pacifico Ford is a special place. After an awful experience in New Jersey buying my third Ford Raptor, I could not have had a better experience at Pa Pacifico Ford is a special place. After an awful experience in New Jersey buying my third Ford Raptor, I could not have had a better experience at Pacifico Ford in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Special is an understatement, they made me feel like family from the first phone call I made all the way up into my visit to the dealership and the VIP treatment continued until I drove off the lot. It didn’t stop there, general manager Larry Ferrell Cell even followed up several hours after I left the dealership to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle. They were so busy when I was there I couldn’t believe they had time or even remembered to check in on me a few hours after my purchase. After having a nightmare of an experience with my local dealership in South Jersey, Pacifico Ford stepped in and really changed my perception of car dealers. Long story short: I had several issues with my truck that I bought from the South Jersey dealership and Ford Corporate did a vehicle buyback. In order to complete the transaction we had to find a dealership that was willing to give up one of their Ford F150 Raptor‘s that they had on the lot. When my own dealership that I had used for the previous 20 years refused to help me out with this, Larry Ferrell and his team went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I could get in the vehicle I wanted. . Not only were they able to provide me with a replacement vehicle, But they stepped in and helped me with all the leg work that I had to do to get my old vehicle replaced. The one thing I forgot to do was take off my radar detector that was hardwired in the amount that was attached to my old vehicle. When I told Larry and Stanley that I had forgot to bring the right totally do that they quickly resourced one of the service techs and had him promptly come up and help me out to remove the hardwired radar detector and make sure I had it for my new vehicle. I wiI will be making the trip over to Philly for every truck I Purchased from this point forward. Thank you Larry and Stanley for coming through and making my experience pleasant.
