We had owned and loved our 2011 Ford Escape, and never thought we could find a better car. It had been a long time since we were in a dealership and all our memories were of high pressure, pushing, fast talking and leaving with a bad feeling. From the moment we looked online at Pacifico, our experience was far beyond what we had expected. The Internet Team contacted us and showed us how to look at the new Escapes online. By the next day, we were in the dealership and shaking hands with Albert Rementer. From the moment we met, I knew Albert was very smart and a good guy. To make this short, on Friday we drove our newly leased 2019 Ford Escape SEL off the lot. Albert went out of his way to make the transition from our beloved car and the lease of our new beloved car.
