My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
At Brad Crouch's recommendation (marketer), we were introduced to Carcell Assroupe and the Palm Beach Toyota dealership. Carcell succeeded in making us feel like we were the most important customers visiting that day. For that matter, everyone in this dealership was very friendly and accomodating, including Rudy Larriu, the Finance Mgr, and the manager. We have been loyal Toyota customers since 1991. We were very impressed with the service we received, and will be very happy to recommend Carcell and PB Toyota to our friends, and anyone in the market for a new car.

This is the fourth car I have leased from Palm Beach Toyota in the past 12 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This time I used a different salesman, Leo Hanuka. He was great,if your llooking for a new car I would defiantly recommend paying a visit to Leo, and Palm Beach Toyota!!

My Review of Palm Beach Toyota:
I had been searching for quite some time for my next vehicle. I shopped Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Ford, Chevy, Toyota. You name it, I shopped around for it. I finally decided on either the Accord or the Camry. After shooting out some emails to several dealers in the area, I received several responses, one being from Paul Wolfson at Palm Beach Toyota. I arranged with Paul to meet Ewa Celer at the dealer to go over the car and take a test drive. They technically didn't have the cheapest price yet and I wasn't settled on the Camry yet, I still needed to take a look at the Accord. After visiting the dealer and meeting with Ewa, I was able to go over everything the Camry had to offer and test drive it as well. She was very knowledgeable about the car and everything it had to offer. She even explained little details to me that normally would not have been said. She was very patient and comfortable to deal with. I was there in the morning, but told them I would have to leave shortly for a prior engagement and would be back in the evening. They were okay with it and weren't pushy or anything like that. Now, I had received a much better offer in Miami on the same model car and didn't think it was going to be matched. I really wanted to give my business to Palm Beach Toyota because they are my local dealer that are right around the corner from my house. I loved my experience in the morning so much that I got in contact with Ewa while I was gone and sent her my offer for the car and told her if they could meet my offer, I wouldn't even bother going to check out the Accord and would go back in the evening to purchase the Camry. Much to my surprise, it was matched and even bettered. I walked out that night with my new car. I truly had a great car buying experience with Paul and Ewa. They were both polite and helpful and I would recommend them highly and have no problem sending friends and family to them. Thank you to you both for your great work.

My experience at Palm Beach Toyota was exceptional. I was greeted by Selim Khan who was extremely professional and courteous. His eagerness to assist and his knowledge of the vehicles were greatly appreciated. My husband and I just came to test drive a Camry and left because we were still checking on other vehicles. Selim kept in touch with us during this process and we never felt pressured to come back. In the end we did choose Toyota and would not think of using anyone else but Selim due to his loyalty to Toyota and his professionalism and eagerness to satisfy our needs.

Carcell our sales man was very helpful, was going to test drive a Kia after looking at the Prius. Carell got me to test drive the Prius and my wife and I were surprised how well it drove. Carcell convinced us to buy the Prius and never made it to Kia.
I will recomend Carcell to anyone I here are looking for a car.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care and attention to details that was given to me over this weekend when i was buying a 2012 camry XLE.Carcel and Roger are genuinely honest and upfront.There are no frills to the way they do business.There are no hidden surprises and they genuinely look out for you.I live in Weston and travelled 60 miles to this dealership as i wasnot happy with the treatment i got at other places.Let's just say the trip was entirely worth it.My entire deal was easily discussed without surprises over the phone and everything was ready to go by the time i was at the dealership.They did this because i was comingfrom afar.Let us just say i got a sweet deal and made some friends at the same time.
