After a pleasant and efficient conversation to secure an appointment , I arrived the next morning at the facility. I was greeted by Christen who identified herself as my service advisor. After a few preliminary questions my car was taken in for service. During the short wait I was greeted by and spoken to by almost every employee that I.saw. These were not just employees, they were nice friendly people. A special shout out to Jackie, who helped us fill out the vehicle ID paperwork needed to transfer my Tx tags to Fl tags. A kinder, friendlier person could not be found. Kudos to Christe, Jackie, Michelle (receptionist) and all the other people at Palm Coast Ford who made our day More
GPS/Bluetooth problems Hi, I want to thank John Vatalie, the service person we worked with. We had problems with our GPS/Bluetooth. About 2 weeks when I first came, he ask Hi, I want to thank John Vatalie, the service person we worked with. We had problems with our GPS/Bluetooth. About 2 weeks when I first came, he asked if I had updated the system. I told him I had and the system was still not working properly. So he did the paperwork and ordered us the parts needed. I then had an appointment this pass Thursday and they fixed it and also had them do a oil change. I was also able to take advantage of your shuttle service. They brought me home and then picked me up(the shuttle person, did not get his name, was excellent). They also checked the entire car/system and everything is A’OK. Great service and great people to work with More

I dont know how to rate the service center!!!! I have been going to Palm Coast Ford for 15 years. I have owned Ford autos for 20 years I go there for oil changes every 5,000 miles and repairs and I have been going to Palm Coast Ford for 15 years. I have owned Ford autos for 20 years I go there for oil changes every 5,000 miles and repairs and so was shocked to discover that my 2012 Ford Escape was on a recall since 2012 and I was never informed by mail or when I go regularly. After I had a problem in Jacksonville and could not return home, I had to get towed from Jacksonville to Palm Coast Ford. That cost me $250......then I found out about the recall. They had to replace the throttle body!!!! I knew nothing about this problem and was never advised when I brought the car in regularly. I am appalled that I was never informed. Had I known I would have brought it in immediately This could have been a dangerous situation for me I spoke with Kevin Tone when I picked up my auto and discussed reimbursement for the towing which never would have happened if I knew about the recall. Kevin gave me the number 800 392 3673 for customer relations. On calling that number I was transferred to road assistance which gets me nowhere. I would like reimbursement for the towing and am losing confidence in Palm Coast Ford for not advising me of the recall. Please advise. More
