So disappointed. Brought my Gladiator in for a problem a couple of months ago and paid a lot of money to get the job done right (or so I thought). I was told it was a fuse. The fuse kept blowing, so I brought it back. I was told there is another problem with the same set of wires, it'll be another $800. I pitched a fit, and to his credit my service manager stepped into to make it right. They said they fixed it. I drove it for a day, the problem is back. I will not be going back. I will pay someone else to truly fix my problem. I'm out over $1000, but at least I won't be frustrated any more. I wish I could give Hiram 5 stars, but he doesn't show up in the dropdown. More

I was an easy buyer. Knew what I needed and did the puchase in one afternoon. They keep the truck over a week each time and I requested that they detail it since I had been without for longer then having had it. I was told they would. It was not.. I give up, I have it detailed on my own but felt pretty jaded as I was leaving for the 3rd time. Its not a bad dealership - Customer statisfaction is not what it use to be - Youd think that buying a 65K truck would mean something, I know its not a porche but it was the biggest purchase ive made.. If you need a RAM 2500 Diesel, they got one for you but do not expect any red carpets or congradulations. More

I scheduled a service appointment and was shocked and disappointed at the Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep was recommended to me by a fellow Jeep owner. I scheduled a service appointment and was shocked and disappointed at the reception I received as a new customer. The atmosphere was very cold and unwelcoming. Not even a smile was visible. This type of experience was not what I'd become accustomed to in the Midwest. Shortly after the service request had been written up by the service advisor, while waiting for the Uber driver, I decided to cancel having any service at this dealership. The environment was extremely uncomfortable. It also occurred to me that either the workmanship would be substandard at best or the billed amount would be questionable. Upon sharing my dissatisfaction with the service advisor, I was appalled at the explanation I was given. He informed me that this was a Monday morning with employees coming off of a weekend. "Really??" Perhaps Palmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram should do a thorough reassessment of their customer service. They have definitely lost this "almost" customer. If this dealership was the only place in Georgia to have my Jeep serviced, I'd rather have it shipped back to my previous dealership in the Midwest each time service was needed. More

Was barely greeted when I walked in to service department to have oil change. Not given a estimated time for oil change, so I assumed this meant it was not a long time to wait. The waiting area was very nice, my 5 year old and 6 year old enjoyed a snack while we waited. One employee that came through waiting area was very nice and kind to both myself and my kids. Waited for almost two hours with no communication from service, even though I messaged through the automated text message that I was told to use for communication. Finally went to desk to ask about time as I needed to pick up my other daughter from camp. Noticed my car sitting in lot and my checkout paper and keys were sitting on back corner of desk. Employee (female) that helped me check in was sitting in corner with personal cell phone out. Everyone in service office was very short, not friendly to me or my children. This is the first time the staff have been this way, but based on other issues with oil changes causing more problems with my vehicle during past 2 visits, I will be using another dealership in the future. More
