I live in Manhattan and was not thrilled about going to Queens to service the car. Wow, Paragon came to me, picked up and delivered my car and serviced it beautifully. I cannot say enough about my experience and I have no doubt this will be my dealer for all servicing and my son is off to college soon and wants the car (can't blame him- it is beautiful) so we will be getting another one in a couple of years and you know it will be at Paragon Acura. Mike also recommended that my vehicle gets inspected for the fuel pump recall, saving me from a future trip to Paragon. Mike was exceptional, friendly, thorough and professional with me throughout the whole experience. Truly a pleasure to visit Paragon Acura either for a lease/sale or service. This is my 3rd leased vehicle through Paragon Acura and I don’t see why anyone in the Tri-State area would use any other Acura Dealer. Charged for service and parts not rendered I purchased my 2015 ILX back in Oct. 2016 since my purchased I've had all my maintenance and my annual inspection done here. Over the passed two yea I purchased my 2015 ILX back in Oct. 2016 since my purchased I've had all my maintenance and my annual inspection done here. Over the passed two years of service there were little signs of services not being done. The worst of it was this passed year in August 2018 I brought a new battery ( then found out it should have replaced under warranty ) I paid for a new cabin filter and new motor air filter and for a four wheel alignment. Then in September 2018 I needed to get my annual inspection I was told that i should replace the cabin filter and the motor air filter because they were found to be very dirty. these filters do not get very dirty in three weeks I was also told that my front brakes when from 7mm to 2mm in the same three weeks and would need to replace them too. And the finance dept. quoted me at 4.99% a fews months later when refinancing I noticed i had signed at 5.99%. No wonder they never pick up your phone calls and if you walk in to speak to someone in finance they don't sit at their desks and will always be back shorty. I will not be going back to Paragon Acura . More

Above & Beyond Customer Service My vehicle was damaged while being serviced at an Acura dealership. After my vehicle was damaged, the dealership told me they could fix the damage, but I would have to pay out of pocket, because it wasn’t covered under warranty. The dealership denied accountability for the damage, which they caused. I reached out to Paragon Acura, to affirm whether or not the damage was covered under warranty, or if I would incur out of pocket expenses. Not only did Thomas & Robert help me resolve this issue, which was covered under warranty, they also gave me a loaner vehicle as a courtesy, while my vehicle was being repaired. Thomas & Robert advocated on my behalf as their customer. They were professional and provided excellent customer service!! 5++++ stars. More

I am pleased to say that, despite some delay, they have paid for the ticket. More
