Paramount Hyundai made my car buying experience simple and easy,Sales person Chris Williams got me into a car within a couple hours .And Darius Bennent ran the banks and got my loan in that same time frame i was able to go home with a car in under 3 hrs Thank you both

My Review Of Paramount Hyundai:

I have never had quite the experience with a car dealership that I had with this one. Everything and I mean everything went well. For starters I have been window shopping for a Hyundai Sonata for approximatly six months. I knew what I wanted, what I expected out of my Hyundai Tiburon that I bought new as well, and what I was willing to spend. I had been looking online for the perfect car/deal. I found one on the internet specials and submitted my interest. My phone rang within two minutes from Paramount Hyundai in Hickory. Turned out the car on the internet special didn't have the special Nav/Sunroof/package that I wanted. Matt Church, the salesman, sent me a text the next morning asking me to call him.
From here it all falls into place. He found the exact car that I wanted, in another city about an hour away. I went in to the dealership and made a great deal for the Sonata and the trade of my Tiburon. I signed papers that night and was driving my new car the next day! I will recomend this dealership and Matt Church (salesman) to anyone and everyone I know!

My Review Of Paramount Hyundai:

This was our first stop when we were looking for our 2nd vehicle. Matt Church was one of the nicest and most professional salesman we have ever dealt with. Matt knew exactly what kind of car to show me for my budget and he treated me and my husband with the upmost respect.The process was so smooth it only took us a hour and a half and we were in our new car. I will be coming back to Paramount when we purchase our next car. A+ to Matt and Jeff!

Although I have experienced some frustration with the electronics and "limp mode" with my Sonata, the service team including the mechanic have been very helpful. I have received explanations for the problems with my vehicle that were easy to understand.

My Review Of Paramount Hyundai:

After having the same car for ten years, I just couldn't put anymore band aids on it. Off to the dealership I go and run into Stephen Howell I told him what I wanted from beginning to end the whole process was great. I drove in a car with 1800000 miles on it and drove out with a new car. I love this car. I have and will continue to send people to him and paramount. Thank You for everything.

Kennith and Darius helped me get into the pickup truck I wanted. I got a great price, the truck equipped the way I wanted it, and payments and warranty coverage that fit my budget the best. Kennith also notified my insurance company and submitted my tag application for me. I was very satisfied with the buying experience and I like my truck!
