My Review Of Paramount Kia Hickory:
This is not my first experience with Paramount KIA, two years ago we bought a new SADONA for my wife Judy. I liked the car and the dealership, So when I had her car in for an oil change I went over to the car lot and talked to Jim Richardson about a used car. I was pressed for time and I told him I would be back later that night. I came back with my wife, talked to Jim, test drove a couple vehicles. Jim has a nice way about him, no pressure, very knowledgeable on the cars. When I decided on the 2011 SORENTO he went over all the functions of the switches etc of the vehicle and we did another test drive where he showed how they work like the down hill break control and(important to me) the hill start assist, reading about it or just explaining it was not the same as doing it . I really liked that feature, my driveway is really steep as most places in the Hickory area. Finalization of the deal went smooth no pressure. I drove the car home that night. I/m very satisfied the way Jim Richardson handled everything and was their through the whole process...also for pairing my cell phone to the blue tooth feature.
