For me, that generally requires a bit of research and follow-up phone calls to determine if the vehicle I've discovered online meets my particular needs. Many dealers apparently find negotiating by phone distasteful and prefer to get you into the showroom for a test drive. That isn't easy if the purchaser is over 3 hours away.as I was. My first call into the dealership was answered by a salesman who promised to get back with me on the vehicle I had an interest in, but I never heard from him. I waited a couple of days and decided to call back. After speaking to a very pleasant and concerned receptionist (I explained the reason for my follow-up call), I was connected to Colton Tannenbaum. That was the best referral I could have asked for because once Colton understood my situation and how far I was from being able to "drop for a test drive", he made it his business to make certain I was helped. He went out of his way to answer all my questions as well as sent pictures of the interior (none had been up.loaded to the posting at the time) from his cell phone. I appreciate that kind of service and after reaching an understanding of my pricing requirements, I decided to make the long drive to Hickory, NC to see the car. Saw it, drove it, and bought it, mainly due to the service that Colton delivered to someone like me who simply wanted to get a few questions answered about a vehicle that I could have purchased anywhere. The price was right but Colton's ability to follow thru with quality service, commitment and attentiveness made the transaction work for both of us. More

Very Satisfied new Passat Owner I worked with Evan Payne on the purchase of my Passat. I picked the car out online at http://www.paramountvw.com. A few e-mails between Evan and I wit I worked with Evan Payne on the purchase of my Passat. I picked the car out online at http://www.paramountvw.com. A few e-mails between Evan and I with one short call I was at the dealer ship to sign the paper work. Evan had the car cleaned and filled with gas and sitting up front when I got there. I then worked with Josh Williams on all the paper work. He was quick, had a breakdown of all the packages and cost before he called my back. After all the paper work Evan went over everything on the car, removed the tag off my old car and transferred it to the new one. I have e-mailed him with a few questions and he has quickly called me with the answers. I would recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a VW and these two guys to work with. "First Car Purchase" made Easy I am a 56 year old woman and I had never purchased a car on my own. For different reasons, that task was left to others throughout my life. But, it I am a 56 year old woman and I had never purchased a car on my own. For different reasons, that task was left to others throughout my life. But, it was time for a new vehicle and I was terrified of how to wheel and deal and what car and where to buy and on and on...I had looked for a car about 3 different times in the past 3 years but always gave up and just stayed with my car. I needed a new car that would be good on gas, spacious and could handle surf racks...I began my search once again. I found the car in the lot at Paramount Volvo. I loved it and when Butch walked up to help me, it was as if we were friends. He was informative and not pushy. He didn't make me feel anything but at ease. We test drove it and he test drove my car and then the negotiations began! It was painless, actually fun. The whole staff was willing to help me and give me the most for my car and get those surf racks on that Volvo ASAP. Making me a happy girl. It was in my budget, I loved the Volvo and Butch made it a pleasurable experience. I actually felt right at home when I returned the next day so they could do a little extra detailing on the car, that they offered to do.
