If there was a "10" score for friendliness, these guys would have gotten it. The whole time I was there to buy my new '11 Sonata, they were polite, no-pressure, AND entertaining! Eric and Glen were very accomodating - I test drove my car 3 or 4 times before deciding to buy ... they had no problems showing me different models, different interiors ... they were really good about that. This dealership has a different "flavor" than the usual - try them out - I'm sure you'll be just as happy as I was. More
I wasn't too sure of what too expect from the new place, but I can assure you it is a world of a difference from the old one. From making my appointment with a sweet woman named Hether,to the warm hello I received as I pulled in, then dealing with a wonderful woman with a hysterical laugh named Ann(who by the way knows her stuff)and then the engaging coversation I had with Mike who explained the move and made me feel right at home. The staff seemed very upbeat and happy to work there. I also liked that I was able to watch my car being worked on from the waiting area and that I was updated as the service was performed. Although the waiting area leaves alot to be desired, and the old tv only had one channel, my time still went by quickly as I was entertained and not forgotten by the staff. Another plus was that the price quoted for my service from Hether when I made the appointment was exactly what I paid. I will definitely tell all my friends and family of my wonderful experience. when i first came to get at car by Hyundia of Paramus, Joey the sales guy was really nice, joked around a lot, promised me free oil changes for 2 years. Thats when i met Lem, he was really great, explained everything to me, and i bought the extra service package for the car, in case something goes wrong that wasn't in the cars warranty. So far i had an amazing experience. However, after i drove my new car off the lot, everything changed, when i called the next day requesting an owners manual, since my car didn't have one, it took 3 days for Joey to get back to me. When i wanted to get in writing that Joey had promised me free oil changes, he backed up, and said that i didn't qualify, since it was a September special and i bought my car in October. The only rep that was decent that i would recommend was Lem, he actually kept his word. To make a long story short, i had to record the next couple of conversations, which i got Joey and Lem to confirm that i was promised the free oil changes, and when i spoke to Eric, which is their manager, to confirm, he was very distracted, kept talking to other people while i was on the phone with him, very unprofessional. End result, i got a good car, but the service after i bought the car sucked!!! and i doubt i will go there for maint on the car, not worth the hassle More
